What is your domestic returns policy?

 

You are free to Return your HillTop Rosaries items within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please follow these steps.

  1. First, Please call us and notify us of your intent to perform a Return. We will need to collect some information so please be patient with our customer service help.
  2. Mail back the HillTop Rosaries item you wish to return; while following HillTop Rosaries standers for packaging. Please be sure to add a paper with your Name and Address if different from the envelope.

A check for your refund will be sent to the name and address you provide as soon as we receive your returned items.

*IMPORTANT: We do not refund shipping cost.

How do I create an exchange?

You are free to make an exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Please follow these steps.

  1. First, Please call us and notify us of your intent to perform an exchange. We will need to collect some information so please be patient with our customer service help.
  2. While on the phone please tell us which rosary or item from our catalog you would like to reserve for your exchange. Some rosaries are limited and are given to the first customer on a first come first serve bases.
  3. Mail back the HillTop Rosaries Rosary and HillTop Rosaries bag you wish to exchange; while following HillTop Rosaries standers for packaging. Please be sure to add a check for shipping cost of your new item and a Name and Address if different from envelope.

Your new rosary will be shipped out as soon as we receive your first rosary, rosary bag and shipping payment.

*IMPORTANT: Shipping payment is required when making an exchange.
